Venom 3 Villian Teased; Venom: Let There Be Carnage Ending Explained

The Venom franchise is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) franchise. The character of ‘Venom’ was first introduced in The Amazing Spider-man movie as one of his enemies. Fans loved the concept so much that the character went on to have its own line of movies, the Venom series. Venom is regarded as one of Spider-man’s most prominent enemies, accompanied by the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Mephisto. So, will the alien symbiote return In Venom 3?

WHAT EXACTLY IS ‘VENOM’?

Venom is a sentient extra-terrestrial that has a liquid-like form and requires a host’s body to survive in. This type of organism is called a “symbiote”. When it gets a human body, this alien’s powers get enhanced and it becomes its true self, ‘Venom’. Venom’s first and most famous host was Spider-man himself but he soon realised his notorious nature and managed to separate himself from Venom. Venom then went on to find new hosts and continued to wreck havoc.

Venom is neither a hero, nor is he a villian. The character started off as Spider-man’s enemy and has slowly developed into a kind of antihero. Despite all this, he is definitely a fan favourite.

VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE ENDING EXPLAINED

Spoilers Alert!

At the end of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, there was a final battle between Venom/Eddie Brock and Carnage. Eddie and and Detective Mulligan find themselves up against Cletus Kasady, his girlfriend Shriek, and Carnage. They are trying to kill Eddie and by virtue of that Venom too. Detective Mulligan and Shriek have a rocky past, though. Mulligan had almost killed her when she was young.

The showdown happens in a cathedral, which leads to both the symbiotes getting affected due to the loud church bells that invariably were rung amongst all the chaos and commotion. As each of them pick their individual targets, the fight gets intense. Finally, Shriek gets knocked off the tower and falls to ground. A huge bell lands on her, killing her.

Finally, Carnage is weakened and Venom manages to defeat him. The movie ends with them going on the run with the police not far behind.

Venom 3 is likely to be called Venom: Lethal Protector. This is because the comic book is named that way.

We also assume Carnage will the villian in this movie.

There is some speculation that Venom and Spider-man will finally come face to face again in Venom 3.

WHEN WILL VENOM 3 BE RELEASE?

Since the second part came out just recently, there is no announcement about Venom 3 yet but we can expect it soon. The release date will also be revealed in due course of time but we expect it to release sometime in 2023 given how much time production of a highly animated movie like this would take.
