Bob Odenkirk Breaks Down Why Better Call Saul Season 6 is a 2-Parter

Introduction

The shooting of Better Call Saul Season 6 has started. Bob Odenkirk who plays the role of Jimmy McGill has revealed that the story of upcoming season 6 would bring a fresh perspective to Breaking Bad. However, in a recent interview, he expressed that he is not satisfied with the plot of how the story will end.  Better Call Saul season 6 fans are eager to see what twists and turns the story will take. There is also some disappointment in the hearts of fans as this season would be the last season of the show. The previous five seasons’ voyage was a triumph, receiving worldwide recognition for their amazing cinematography, brilliant portrayal of the plot, and outstanding acting. The Executive Producer of the series, Thomas Schnauz, announced that the writers of the show are running hard.

Better Call Saul Season 6 Plot

Meanwhile, Bob Odenkirk stated clearly that the last season of Better Call Saul would alter the way people saw Breaking Bad in the past. As portrayed in the story, Rhea Seehorn playing the role of Kim Wexler had some intense relations with her partner. The wicked nature of Jimmy seems to have an influential impact on the beloved lawyer. In an interview with The Guardian, Bob Odenkirk disclosed that he believes that Kim may still be alive in the further plot of the story.

Better Call Saul Season 6 Release Date

The Executive Producer of the story, Thomas Schnauz hinted that there might be some love track shown between Kim and Jimmy. However, this track was not decided till the second season of the show. He also disclosed via Twitter that the team is currently shooting for episode six of the show and will soon proceed towards episode seven. To date, no official announcement has been made for the release date of Better Call Saul Season 6. However, it has been made clear that will be premiered anytime soon in the year 2022 in the US and will comprise of thirteen episodes and will release in two parts. Season 6 will contain the largest number of scenes in a season, as the past seasons each ran 10 scenes. Better Call Saul is a sequel to the show Breaking Bad and the creators of the show are Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan. Initially, the show was to be released in 2021 but however due to the lockdown, the shooting was delayed and in the month of February 2021, it was announced that it will be premiered in the first half of the year 2022. And in the month of November, it was declared by AMC, that Better Call Saul will be premiered in two halves.

The character of  Nacho Varga will be portrayed by Michael Mondo and Giancarlo Esposito will be playing the role of Gus Fring. Jonathan Banks will be characterizing the role of  Mike Ehrmantraut and the character of Howard Hamlin will be played by Patrick Fabian. Similarly, the role of Lalo Salamanca will be played by Tony Dalton.
