Invasion Release Date
The invasion was announced in early 2019, but it took considerable time to get back. When Apple took up “Invasion,” Kinberg and Weil were busy with work on the upcoming feature “The 355” and the show “Hunters,” correspondingly. When the program was fully in production, the flu struck, and filming had to be halted. Invasion” is among the first American TV shows to start shooting in August 2020. Finally, after all of this, the series seems to be almost ready to be released. On Friday, October 22nd, the first 3 episodes of “Invasion” will be available on Apple TV+. Subsequent episodes will run on Fridays each week.
The first 3 episodes of Invasion will be released on October 22nd, 2021. The series consists of ten episodes. The last seven episodes will be released on Fridays. The alien attack series, with a large budget and spectacular visual effects, is making it a widely awaited series. The full trailer for Invasion was published last month on Apple TV’s YouTube page, showing the cast of Shamier Anderson, Golshifteh Farahani, Sam Neill, Firas Nassar, and Shioli Kutsuna. Astronauts and ground crew from Japan, an American sheriff, and a soldier deployed in Afghanistan are among the human characters. The show will center on a Syrian family living on Long Island.
Invasion features an outstanding cast that includes numerous emerging talents and one movie veteran. Sam Neill, who played Sheriff John Bell Tyson in “Jurassic Park,” heads the ensemble as Sheriff John Bell Tyson. Shamier Anderson, well known for his roles in “Wynonna Earp” and “Stowaway,” plays Trevante Ward, an “exceptional soldier stationed in Afghanistan. Aneesha Malik, played by Golshifteh Farahani, is a “first-generation Syrian immigrant, wife, and mother residing in Long Island.” Ahmed Firas Nassar, her spouse, is a “Syrian immigrant and wealthy businessman.”
The premise of the series has been shrouded in secrecy for the time being, but it’s a “War of the Worlds”-style extraterrestrial invasion scenario in which humanity must join together to combat an intergalactic menace. E early versions of the concept were even compared to “War of the Worlds.” The show’s slogan is “hang on to your society,” implying that the struggle to rescue the planet will have a greater impact on humankind than anybody realizes at first.
