According to Extra Inning Softball, Morgan was ranked as one of the top 30 players in the Class of 2027. She was praised for being a “true utility player” who could hit and make plays that kids her age shouldn’t be able to make. She was also recognized by USA Softball as one of the top performers at the 2022 High Performance Program National Selection Event, which is designed to identify and develop young talent for future national teams.
A Devastating Loss for the Softball Community
