The Unfortunate Incident
Brooke Baures, a young woman full of life and promise, met an untimely end in a tragic accident. She was found lifeless inside a food elevator at the WingDam Saloon and Grill where she worked as a waitress. The incident occurred on December 1, while she was serving at a banquet. According to reports, her head became caught in a descending second-floor dumbwaiter, leading to her death.
Autopsy Findings: The Cause of Death
The cause of death was initially a mystery, but an autopsy later revealed the harsh reality. According to the autopsy report, Brooke Baures died of severe head trauma. It was found that her head was almost entirely inside the cab of the elevator when it descended. The autopsy showed “extensive destruction” of the brainstem and left side of the cerebellum, which led to her immediate death.
