In a recent interview, Wilson revealed that he is reprising his role of Mobius in the second season of Loki and has also started filming for the next installment. Well, this is surely great news for Marvel fans as they would get a chance to see their favorite character back in the fresh season.
In a recent interview Owen Wilson not just confirmed his return in the new season of Loki but also revealed that he enjoyed working with actor Tom Hiddleston and other cast members of the show. Previously it was being said that Owen Wilson is least interested in working in Loki Season 2. However, the actor denied such rumors. He also stated that he has limited knowledge about Marvel characters and Marvel movies. He also revealed that he agreed to the Loki series because he liked the idea and wanted to be a part of the Marvel series. Wilson also stated that his knowledge about MCU is limited but he knows about Ironman and Aquaman, although the latter not being a part of Marvel. He joked about Aquaman swimming in jeans and stated that no one can actually swim in jeans and he has such arguments everywhere. Well, it looks like Owen Wilson is now enjoying being a part of the Marvel franchise and has also gained some knowledge about the Marvel and DC characters.
The filming of Loki Season 2 has already started and the same is confirmed by Owen Wilson. Most of the characters from the first season are returning in the second season. However, director Kate Herron is not returning in the second season and would be replaced. The series was created by Michael Waldron. Recently in an interview actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw revealed that she is making a return in the second season. She also stated that her character will be more intense and will go to deep and darker places in the second season. It is also being said that we would see her character romancing with Kang. However, nothing is confirmed yet and we need an official announcement by Marvel Studios. But we can surely expect much more thrill and adventure in the upcoming season.
