In a California court, the 'Don't Worry Darling' star and director won custody of their two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.

This happened after the 38-year-old actress said that the 46-year-old "Ted Lasso" star, who wanted the kids to live in New York, gave her custody papers in April.

Olivia said Jason, her boyfriend from 2011 until 2020, planned to "embarrass" and "threaten" her by delivering the documents in public.

Jason's actions were obviously meant to scare me and take me by surprise. He could have served me in a quiet way, but instead he chose to be as pushy as possible.

At the time, a source said that the former "Saturday Night Live" star did want to file the motion, but he didn't plan to do it in such a dramatic way.

Papers were made to find out who had authority over Ms. Wilde and Mr. Sudeikis's children. He would never let her be served in such an unsuitable way.

“I understand that the process server had only done her job; however, I deeply regret what happened,” Sudeikis said, according to court documents.
