Along with the same group of animators who worked on the first season, Shuhei Yabuta, who directed the first season of Vinland Saga, will return to helm the second. However, rather than Wit Studio, credited with producing the first season of Vinland Saga, this new season will be made by the studio MAPPA (Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen).

Both the meaning of his life and his drive to survive are gone. Thorfinn toils for his owners without even attempting to rebel, until he encounters Einar, another slave. They strive together to achieve freedom and build a fresh, tranquil existence. When will Vinland Saga Season 2 be released?
Previously, we thought that fans could have had to wait up to three years before the second installment of the Vinland Saga appeared on Netflix. We couldn’t be more pleased to be mistaken.
