Exciting, right? We witnessed Jigsaw being shot four times in the chest at point-blank range and is presumably dead by the end of season two. But Jigsaw is a very mischievous character and in the source material, has come out of fatal runs multiple times. Even after the damage to his vital organs, Jigsaw can miraculously be revived by another Marvel supervillain, The Rev. Frank was dealing with his enemies and saving his loved ones to watch the season and finally came negative to his identity of a vigilante mass murderer.
After killing Jigsaw and the Schultz family, the story takes a leap of a few months where Frank refuses an offer to work as a hitman for the CIA. He mentions that he “already has a job” and goes on a rampage against a drug deal. We still need to know who he works for and what exactly is his job. His love interest Beth also becomes one of the most significant characters in the story but an unexplained twist leaves Beth under interrogation at the hospital by Pilgrim. Netflix had canceled The Punisher back in 2019 and had left fans in deep trauma as the story was intriguing and getting intense with every passing episode.
