The Story so Far in The Punisher
Firstly, We recommend you watch the action-packed trailer for The Punisher Season 2!

But Jigsaw is a very mischievous character and in the source material, has come out of fatal runs multiple times. Even after the damage to his vital organs, Jigsaw can miraculously be revived by another Marvel supervillain, The Rev. Frank was dealing with his enemies and saving his loved ones to watch the season and finally came negative to his identity of a vigilante mass murderer.

The Punisher Season 3 Might Return After Daredevil Born Again
Marvel is planning something really big for Daredevil and he is expected to enter the bigger MCU storyline by next year. Frank Castle was introduced in Daredevil for the first time as Punisher and then received a high production series for itself which is one of the most popular Marvel shows on Netflix.
Netflix had canceled The Punisher back in 2019 and had left fans in deep trauma as the story was intriguing and getting intense with every passing episode. It has been 3 years after the cancellation that The Punisher Season 3 has surfaced on the Internet. Netflix is yet to officially comment on the show’s status for Season 3 but reports suggest that The Punisher Season 3 is undergoing the production phase and is soon expected to be revealed as a surprise announcement. It will be a major win for Marvel fans but we have to wait until Daredevil Season 4 to shed some light on this project.
The Punisher Season 2 displayed Frank’s affection for children apart from his prolific hunting skills and experience in killing bad guys. With this soft element in his heart, he continues his way of delivering justice but by the season finale, he experiences a breakup with Amy. If The Punisher returns with a season 3, we can expect the continuation of this plot as the author has maintained sheer silence on this topic.
When to Expect The Punisher Season 3
According to several reports, The Punisher Season 3 is expected to go on floors and start its filming in November or December of 2022. If the project experiences no delay, we can expect the third installment to arrive by the end of next year or early 2024. The Punisher Season 2 was released in the month of January in 2019, hence January will be the most suitable choice to bring the upcoming season on its anniversary.
