Introduction

Parasyte: The Maxim, which is adapted from a manga series began on October 8th, 2014, and concluded on March 25th, 2015, with a total of 24 episodes. It is a horror and sci-fi anime that is well-known for its genre. The plot revolves around a conflict between humanity and aliens. On May 15, 2020, Netflix will broadcast all 24 episodes of the anime. Sine then, fans are eagerly waiting for a Parasyte Season 2.

Parasyte: The Maxim Season 1: Recap

Season 1 of Parasyte the maxim is about an adolescent kid called Izumi Shinichi who lives a quiet and tranquil lifestyle. He resides in a fairly safe area and dislikes and avoids engaging in any type of problems. This narrative was about aliens attacking mankind by infiltrating human bodies as parasites and taking possession of one‘s mind. Shinichi is the main protagonist of the series and his battle with the extraterrestrial beings was the main plot of the series. The intensity of the program combined with fantasy rendered it much more incredible to see.

These parasites are entirely safe in their natural condition and resemble small worms. However, if those parasites reach the brain via the nostrils or ear, they could be extremely dangerous. At first, Shinichi does not feel strange about his right hand. A parasite entered his system via his right hand when it failed in entering through his ear because Shinichi was wearing headphones. Whilst the whole of the planet is being attacked by this alien species, Shinichi Izumi is protected because the parasite which attempted to access his brain stays trapped in his hand and maintains its own physical place in his body.

He subsequently realizes his right hand is no longer within his influence as it begins to move as a result of the infested parasite. Shinichi eventually learns how any parasite can be killed if its heart is removed from the recipient, leaving him with little choice except to cooperate with the parasite. They quickly agree on an agreement in which the parasite pledges to assist Izumi to battle other parasites of the globe in exchange for staying in his system as a host. With this, the pair form an unexpected ally, and Izumi becomes humanity’s final hope of winning the fight over the aliens.

We will also witness how, in the end, all of it is resolved and Shinichi looks out and into blue skies, smiling, indicating that it really is a joyful ending.

Parasyte Season 2 Expected Plot

Right now, it is hard to anticipate the narrative for Parasyte Season 2 because the company that created the series has not yet confirmed any further season. Also, because the ending of the first season was quite happy, as is there in the original manga, it leaves a slim chance for a second season.
