Still, this series gets canceled from Netflix. On April 29, 2022, the final episode of Ozark was aired and that was the final episode of Ozark. It was long ago reported on June 30, 2020, it is officially confirmed that the series has definitely completed its storyline and ultimately concluded all the possible narratives by the show creators that they initially wanted to include in the series. That’s not clear why Netflix decided to cancel this series as this has a huge fan base.
When Ozark season 5 is going to release?
In June 2020 it was announced that the Ozark has been renewed with its fourth and final season. The fourth season will be bigger than the past three seasons of Ozark. There are 14 episodes in the fourth season of Ozark instead of ten in the past three seasons. The Ozark season 4 was released in two parts. Ozark season 4 part one premiered in January of this year and Ozark season 4 part two premiered in April of this year. Showrunner Chris Mundy said at the time of the announcement of Ozark season 4 that they have been a great adventure and his words denote that the series is going to have its end. His words are noted below.
“We’re so happy Netflix organized the importance of giving Ozark more time to end the Brydes’ saga right. It’s been such a great adventure for all of us, both on screen and off, so we are thrilled to get the chance to bring it home in the most fulfilling way possible.”

Will there be any spin-offs of Ozark?
At this point, there are no plans for the spin-offs of Ozark. But a spin-off of Ozark can come in the future as the series is very popular with fans. We will likely see more projects from Chris Mundy, Bill Dubuque, and Mark Williams. But it is for sure that the main series has ended and Ozark Season 5 is not happening
