Kid Cosmic chronicles the adventures of a creative and energetic youngster who lives in a sparsely inhabited desert hamlet with his free-spirited grandfather. When he uncovers 5 Cosmic Stones of Power on a destroyed spaceship, the boy’s dreams of becoming a hero appear to come true. He assembles a group of local heroes to repel an assault of extra-terrestrial invasions in order to reclaim the stones.

With the 13 stones back in their hands, the Local Heroes begin to easily demolish Erodious and discover the great secret: because Erodious is formed of destroyed planets that offer abilities, it hides hundreds, if not thousands, more cosmic stones.
