On 1st January 2023, the Avengers: Endgame actor Jeremy Renner met a serious accident while plowing snow leaving him seriously injured, as per his publicist.
“As of now, we can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather related accident while plowing snow earlier today,” the publicist told ABC News affiliate KABC. “His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.”
Although nothing much is known in detail, it is speculated that the 51-year-old actor has sustained severe injuries and is in a stable yet critical situation. The location of the accident was not confirmed. However, Renner has owned a home in Washoe County, Nevada for several years, according to the Reno Gazette-Journal. That area in northern Nevada received heavy snowfall due to a storm on Near Year’s Eve. Renner was airlifted to the hospital after the accident.
Jeremy Renner is best known for his roles as Hawkeye in Marvel Studios Avengers movies and as William Brandt in Mission Impossible franchise. The actor has received two Oscars nominations in the past and is currently working on the Paramount+ series The Mayor of Kingstown.
