Who is Muichiro Tokito?
Muichiro Tokito is a young boy who is the current Mist Hashira, one of the nine elite Demon Slayers who have mastered a specific Breathing Style. He is a descendant of Kokushibo, the Upper Rank One Demon who was once a Demon Slayer himself and the twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the legendary swordsman who almost killed Muzan Kibutsuji, the first and most powerful Demon.
Muichiro is an air-headed and aloof individual who seems to have lost his memories and emotions due to a traumatic event in his past. He is extremely talented and skilled in combat, having developed his own unique techniques based on the Mist Breathing Style. He is also one of the few Demon Slayers who can manifest a Demon Slayer Mark, a mysterious symbol that appears on the body of certain individuals and grants them enhanced physical abilities.
Tanjiro Kamado is a kind-hearted and determined boy who becomes a Demon Slayer after his family is slaughtered by Muzan Kibutsuji and his sister Nezuko is turned into a Demon. He is a descendant of Sumiyoshi Kamado, a close friend of Yoriichi Tsugikuni who lived during the Sengoku era.
