It was previously confirmed that the director of Captain America: New World Order will be Julius Onah. Now, at the D23 Expo, the cast of the movie got confirmed, and a new logo of the movie was also seen. From the cast of Captain America 4 the shocking news came up that Tim Blake Nelson is in the movie as he is playing the role of the Leader who is going to be the antagonist of this film. The Leader is to return in Captain America 4
In every Marvel movie, fans always wanted a great villain. And in many Marvel movies, we get to see a proper villain. And now the Leader who is known as the villain of the Green Monster Hulk is going to reprise his role in Captain America: New World Order. He was last seen in the Incredible Hulk when Emil goes to the lab of Samuel Sterns to transform himself into Abomination and he was successful, then Abomination punches him as he was nearly dead but he was smiling as he takes the blood of Hulk as in the bottle of Hulk’s blood it was written as Mr. Green. And after 14 years we get to know that Tim Blake Nelson is going to come into Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Leader. He also might be in the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law series.

The cast of the new Captain America movie is awesome, many new faces have joined the cast of Captain America: New World Order and some old faces are also there. The cast includes the main hero of the movie Anthony Mackie who is going to play the role of Sam Wilson a.k.a Captain America, then comes the returning character Tim Blake Nelson who is going to play the role of the Leader, Carl Lumbly is going to play Isaiah Bradley, Shira Haas is making her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Israeli superhero Sabra, and Danny Ramirez, who will take the role of Falcon.
