Blade Movie Postponed by Marvel Studios and Every other movie after it

Marvel Studios has currently come across a challenging situation the studio has delayed the release date of its four upcoming movies including the most anticipated Blade movie starring Mahershala Ali and the internet is all up talking about it.

It has just been a few months since Marvel unveiled the calendar for the next few years and all the movies that will be lining up ahead and though the studios have now decided to delay four movies across Phase 5 and 6 and this has come out to be a big topic of discussion and also under the attention of the viewers.

The next few phases of Marvel which will be introduced are set to include both of the famous titles named Blade and Deadpool whereas this is all expected to culminate over in the upcoming Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars and the title shall be taking up longer time to arrive on the screens now.

Marvel Studios announced the delays of four major movies

The beginning of the Multiverse Saga or basically Phase 4 witnessed a rocky start as the recent titles such as She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and Ms. Marvel recieved mixed kinds of reviews at the time.

There was a lot of anticipation in the past few months when Marvel introduced the future release dates of the upcoming Phase 5 and 6 which included Blade along with Deadpool and the two Avengers movies but it appears the fans shall have to wait a little longer for these four titles to hit the screens.

Disney recently posted an update on the release date which clearly shows that MCU has now delayed these four projects across Phases 5 and 6. The release date of Blade by Mahershala Ali was scheduled to release in November of 2023 but has now been delayed to September 6, 2024, while Deadpool 3 has been shifted to release on November 8, 2024, whereas Fantastic Four has been delayed to release on February 14, 2025, and thus finally the last but not the least, the Avengers: Secret Wars movie which everyone has been waiting for to cover more updates from is now scheduled to release on May 1, 2026. There has also been another additional update by the Studios that an untitled movie has now been removed from the schedule while the other one has been pushed to release on November 7, 2025.

While there have been a lot of questions being raised by the viewers as to why the titles have been delayed at the time, the MCU has not officially opened up to this the various delays came through when the studio came forward to announce that it will be pausing the pre-production on the upcoming Blade movie and as they continue ahead to look for a director of the movie whereas Ali participated in the rewrites of the project.

Considering the extended delay, the expectations were high that the studio may come forward to delay the solo title’s at the time too, and then we can say that it does not come as a big surprise that other titles of the studios were also delayed ahead and has a new release date lineup.

Now that most MCU titles are rescheduled at the time, it brings over the big part of how vital of a role Blade play with its release date as it is for Phase 5 and 6. The other reason for the delay of Blade basically indicates at the time that the movie may come in as a major linchpin for the future of the franchise and is expected to introduce some monsters or supernatural manner in the title. More information on the delays shall be posted by the authorities in a detailed manner and this is what the viewers expect.

The MCU is currently waiting for more updates to kick in about the delays that have come in whereas the studios can currently look focus on the upcoming anticipated title Black Panther: Wakanda Forever which is scheduled to release on November 11, 2022. MCU has been up and down with Phase 4 but it is expected that it may catch up with the speed once again when has it ever been that the studios have failed to impress their fans?
