Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt controversy
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were some of the most famous and well-known couples in the world. Regardless of how things were, they chose to part ways in 2017. The couple’s relationship deteriorated as soon as they married. “She assumed once they [were married], the bickering would stop,” a source stated. Instead, everything simply got worse. Soon after they said “I do,” their romance and love for one other vanished. The Money Ball star allegedly became increasingly frustrated with Angelina Jolie’s parenting style, and Jolie didn’t want to marry in the first place.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s battle for children custody
According to a source, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are on the same page when it comes to supporting their children as they grow up. Their youngest child is now in pre-adolescence, and their oldest is 20 years old. It’s critical for the pair to stay involved in their children’s lives during their formative years, and they supposedly manage to do it well as co-parents while juggling legal issues. It’s wonderful to hear that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are putting their differences aside to support their children. The couple officially formally separated in 2019, but have had severe issues over their children’s custody since then. The most recent developments in their ongoing legal situation are difficult. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were granted shared custody of their children in June. Angelina Jolie, on the other hand, chose to appeal the judgement quickly after it was made, with three of her oldest children reportedly seeking to be more involved in the process and testify.
Angelina Jolie claimed that Brad Pitt had perpetrated acts of domestic violence against her and their children before the judge granted shared custody. Maddox, their eldest son, even testified against his father in an allegedly unflattering speech. Maddox is said to have said that he plans to drop the “Pitt” from his name and that their relationship is “nonexistent.” There’s also an issue with the judge chosen for the case, who Jolie had earlier requested be removed from the case owing to ties to Pitt’s lawyers.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt also have certain assets that must be divided in the midst of all of this. Overall, the Pitt-Jolie family has a lot going on, but it’s wonderful to know that their children are being supported for their developing skills.
Divorce condition of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt’s appeal of a lower-court order disqualifying the judge in his custody fight with Angelina Jolie was denied by the California Supreme Court on Wednesday. The court turned down a request for a review of a June appeals court decision that ruled the private judge hearing the case should be disqualified for failing to disclose his business ties to Pitt’s lawyers. The Supreme Court’s decision brings that decision to a close. It means that the battle for the couple’s five minor children, which seemed to be coming to a close, could now be just getting started.” Ms Jolie is focused on her family and delighted that unethical behaviour will not guide her children’s well-being,” her attorney, Robert Olson, said in an email. Pitt’s lawyer had previously claimed that Jolie’s attempt to disqualify the judge was motivated by a desire to prevent the judge’s tentative custody ruling, which favoured Pitt, from going into force. The Supreme Court ruling, according to a statement released by Pitt on Wednesday, “does not affect the incredible amount of factual evidence that caused the trial judge — and the many experts who testified — to reach their unequivocal determination about what is in the best interests of the children.”
